Stab wound to the back of the right lower thigh.
Patient Data
There's an arterio-venous (AV) fistula between the right popliteal artery and vein, with an associated with aneurysmal dilatation of the popliteal vein and multiple superficial venous varicosities of the leg. Early opacification of the right femoral, right iliac veins, and IVC is also noted.

Case Discussion
The case presents an abnormal arterio-venous fistula between the popliteal artery and vein, with subsequent venous hypertension in the form of aneurysmal dilatation of the popliteal vein and multiple superficial venous varicosities. Also early opacification of the femoral veins, iliac veins, and IVC is noted, they all appear dilated.
