Case Discussion
Porcelain gallbladder is a rare condition, in which the inner wall of the gallbladder is encrusted by calcium. It can be found incidentally on abdominal or chest radiographs. It is observed mainly in elderly women and associated with gallstones in approximately 90% of cases. It is associated with the risk of carcinoma.
