Portal and superior mesenteric vein aneurysms

- aneurysm of the main portal vein (max 3.3 cm) with slight compression of the head of the pancreas. There is no significant compression of the main bile duct.
- additional aneurysm of the proximal superior mesenteric vein (2.3 cm) with possible compression of the duodenum.
- note: Chilaiditi syndrome, kidney stone on the left

Patient has no abdominal symptoms. No signs of portal hypertension / liver pathology.
