Case Discussion

Portal biliopathy is defined as biliary obstruction with enlarged collateral veins as a consequence to chronic portal vein occlusion.

The smooth appearance of the stenosis has been described as pseudosclerosing cholangitis or pseudocholangiocarcinoma 1.

The concomitant findings of Crohn disease is out of the scope of this description.
