Cirrhotic liver with massive steatosis. Pneumobilia due to biliary-enteric anastomosis. Partly calcified thrombosis of the portal vein main stem and cavernous transformation of the right branch. Portal-systemic collaterals (mainly esophageal and gastric varices, some with additional calcified thrombi). Marked splenomegaly. Para-aortic lymphadenopathy.
