An expansionary change with some high density, lying between the skull and brain, possibly eroding the bone.
Case Discussion
The change shows no contrast enhancement after CECT.
What is the most likely diagnosis?
Arachnoidal cyst. The initial high density is due to partial voluming of the skull.
