Post-axial polydactyly (bilateral)

The radiographs show a bilateral accessory digit on the ulnar side (post-axial polydactylism) with a bifid proximal phalanx of the right 5th digit (type IIIA) and bifid left 5th metacarpal bone (type IVB)
