The little toe has additional middle and distal phalanges consistent with post-axial polydactyly with an avulsion fracture of the 5th metatarsal styloid.
Case Discussion
Polydactyly is the most common congenital anomaly of the forefoot with an incidence of 1:500. Post-axial is the most common. Removal of the extra digit by disarticulation is the standard treatment.
