Presentation

Known case of cholelithiasis and choledocholithiasis. She underwent ERCP and then presented with severe abdominal pain and vomiting.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Female

The gallbladder shows a thick enhancing wall with calculi within it. The CBD is dilated with subtle hyperdensity in its distal part representing calculus. Mottled air specks and mild fluid is seen in retroperitoneum.
