Case Discussion

This infant was lethargic and was found to have a large left acute subdural hematoma. A craniectomy was performed due to brain swelling. The first study is done on day 1 postop when the child developed seizures. The child continued to have seizures and the repeat study was done day 4 postop. The corpus callosum diffusion restriction is present as a small focus on the first study and then involves the entire structure on the second study.
