Post infective glomerulonephritis

Both kidneys are edematous, more marked on the right. Bilateral renal parenchymal heteroechogenicity and loss of normal corticomedullary differentiation are also noted. No hydronephrosis observed.
Case Discussion
Post-infective glomerulonephritis is the most likely diagnosis given the patient's recent severe throat infection.
