Hyperdense material consistent with radiographic (iodine-based) contrast in the CSF without apparent cerberal parenchymal abnormality although it is difficult to be certain given the overwhelming density of the CSF
Case Discussion
Complications following non-ionic myelography are now rare but include seizures, encephalopathy and diffuse cerebral edema. The presence of contrast in the cerebral CSF post myelography is not infrequent especially following a cervical myelogram.
