Cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis 3 months ago. The patient returned to the surgical outpatient department with jaundice, abdominal pain, and episodic fevers.

Post-operative biliary stricture

Abrupt smooth cut-off of common hepatic duct approximately 1 cm from the hilar confluence. There is proximal dilatation of intrahepatic biliary tree.
Note is also made of a collection in the region of gallbladder fossa, suggesting postoperative biloma.
Case Discussion
A diagnosis of postoperative type II biliary stricture with biloma was made.
