Fibrotic changes and scattered cavitation and traction bronchiectasis are seen at both lungs. There are also small centrilobular nodules in linear branching pattern at both lung fields resembling Tree in bud appearance and suggestive for bronchiolitis.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are most compatible with post-primary pulmonary tuberculosis.
