Post-primary pulmonary tuberculosis

Age: 40 years
Gender: Male
Modality: CT

Severe bronchiectasis, cavitation and alveolar consolidation are noted at the upper lobe of left lung. Endobronchial spread along nearby airways is seen resulting in a relatively well-defined 2-4 mm nodules and branching lesions (tree-in-bud appearance). There are is also mediastinal lymphadenopathy.

Features are consistent of post-primary pulmonary tuberculosis.
