Referred due to bruit auscultated at the site of the transplanted kidney. Past history of percutaneous renal biopsy.

A rounded hypoechoic structure is seen within the lower pole of the transplanted kidney shows yin-yang flow on color doppler interrogation.
On spectral doppler, high velocity low resistant supplying arterial flow (PSV 150 cm/s, resistive index 0.4) is seen.
Case Discussion
This case demonstrates two post-renal biopsy complications, renal arteriovenous fistulae and a renal pseudoaneurysm formation.
