A 50× 29 mm mildly hyperdense mass-like lesion is noted in the muscular layer of the left upper anterior abdominal wall, which shows no frank enhancement, consistent with hematoma.
The liver has irregular margins in keeping with the chronic parenchymal disorder.
In addition, a 60× 50 mm cystic lesion with a thick irregular calcified wall in the right sub-diaphragmatic region could suggest an inactive hydatid cyst.
