Aortic isthmus pseudoaneurysm.
Moderate left hemothorax.

Post-operative chest x-ray shows aortic stent.
Left hemithorax appears opaque, consistent with hemothorax.
The endotracheal tube and central line are in situ.

The aortic isthmus is the most common site of traumatic aortic injury.
