RUQ tenderness due to blunt trauma

Patient Data

Age: 25
Gender: Female

Hepatic subcapsular hypodense fluid collections are seen particularly in major fissure and left intersegmental fissure of liver which extent into right subhepatic space. Parenchymal lacerations also are noted. Percutaneous drainage is done for the fluid collections. Pancreas , spleen , adrenals and kidneys are normal.
