Enlarged deformed left globe which measures about 38 mm along its anteroposterior axis.
Non visualized left lens.
Left proptosis.
Case Discussion
An unusual post traumatic sequela of globe injuries. Most globe injuries usually end with Phthisis bulbi.
This case most probably resulted from globe injury during early childhood with subsequent continuous globe growth & progressive stretching of the weak sclera.
