Post traumatic saccular lesion is seen near the left pubic ramus. It shows avid enhancement in arterial phase. It represents post traumatic pseudoaneurysm that is seen in close relation to the left inferior pubic ramus. It becomes larger in size and irregular in contour by comparing to the preceding study. Multiple marginally enhanced pelvic loculation & abscess and pelvic intermuscular collections are seen.
Case Discussion
The saccular lesion is seen near the left pubic ramus. It shows avid enhancement in arterial phase. It is likely pseudoaneurysm. It seems to be fed from the obturator branch of the left internal iliac artery (may its pubic branch with collaterals from other surrounding areas).
