History of car accident four days back followed by paraplegia.

Patient Data

Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

Fracture of the anterior half of T12 vertebral body.

Grade 2 anterolisthesis at T11/12 secondary to bilateral facet dislocation, causing significant cord compression at this level.
