Acute undisplaced fracture through the posterior column of the right acetabulum extending superiorly. There is a minimal step and gap in the subchondral plate.
Case Discussion
Judet views are very handy to inspect the acetabulum. The fracture is not as obvious on the frontal and lateral projections.
