Hyperintense T2 and FLAIR signals with restricted diffusion in the left posterior cerebral artery territory with no hemorrhagic component on GE sequence.
Confluent foci of high signal on T2 and FLAIR sequences of the periventricular white matter, subcortical regions and centrum semiovale, Fazekas grade III (chronic small vessel ischemia).
