Mild joint effusion.
Minimally displaced avulsion fracture of the PCL with a bony fragment from its tibial attachment.
Bone marrow edema/bruise long with proximal tibia plateau and medial femoral condyle posterior weight-bearing area.
Multifocal cartilage loss of patellar articular surface along medial facet joint.
Case Discussion
Hyperextension of the knee causing overstretch of the PCL with avulsion of its bony attachment at the tibia as in this case.
