Case Discussion

A case of trauma was referred for pelvis radiograph to detect the bony abnormality and for an ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis to check for intraperitoneal injury. Pelvic and left hip radiographs revealed a left hip posterior dislocation which was also seen during the hip ultrasound through an anterior approach. There was no intraabdominal injury in ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.
