There is a 30*32 mm extra-axial dural based posterior fossa mass with heterogeneous signal low T2 signal and enhancement compressing and displacing the left cerebellar hemisphere.
Case Discussion
The recent patient referred to us with the history of headache and imaging findings revealed an extra axial dural based posterior fossa mass which is most likely left inferior tentorial meningioma. Given the low T2 signal, a solitary fibrous tumor of the dura is another less likely possibility.
