Long standing severe bronchiectasis and sinusitis for review
Patient Data

Case Discussion
This patient has chronic bronchiectasis and sinusitis requiring surgical intervention. The bone erosion posteriorly in the right frontal sinus is concerning as there is a risk of fistula if the dura is breached with development of pneumocranium and/or meningitis
