Posterior mediastinal mass

Frontal radiograph shows a right sided rounded opacity with smooth borders is noted over the right cardiac border with pulmonary vasculature seen through. No calcifications are visualized on radiograph.
Lateral projection revealed the rounded opacity is noted at the posterior part of the lower chest.
Case Discussion
A routine pre-operative chest radiograph taken prior to excision of mandibular cyst reveals a large posterior mediastinal mass.
