Posterior mediastinal mass - Ganglioneuroma

Contrast CT reveals a well-defined hypodense non-enhancing mass in the left paravertebral location displacing the aortic arch branches (left subclavian, left vertebral - direct origin). Mass is indenting the oesohagus and the trachea. No vertebral erosion/ destruction.
