Vague headaches.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

Oval-shaped high T1 signal on the sagittal image in the posterior aspect of the pituitary fossa is the typical appearance for a normal posterior pituitary. Post-contrast imaging makes it harder to see as the anterior pituitary has enhanced.
