Subtle hypodense areas in parieto-occipital lobes, slightly in frontal lobes.

Bilateral symmetrical cortical and subcortical areas of altered signal intensity in parieto-occipital and frontal lobes, appear hyperintense in T2WI and FLAIR sequences, and show no restricted diffusion in DW/ADC sequences.
Case Discussion
Multi-focal symmetrical cortical, subcortical hyperintensity T2W, not restricted diffusion, in recent post partum, suggestive posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome.
