Diagnosis probable

Presentation

A pregnant young female with pre-eclampsia. Presented with weakness of the upper limbs. The patient is known case of SLE. Brain CT to rule out stroke.

Brain CT reveals bilateral subcortical hypoattenuation mainly occipital highly suggestive of posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES)
