Shoulder pain and limited movement during fight

Patient Data

Age: 22 years old
Gender: Male
Modality: MRI

The humeral head is posteriorly dislocated and internally rotated. There are also avulsion of the greater tuberosity of the humeral head and dislocated biceps tendon.
