Posterior dislocation of the humeral head is impacted against the posterior glenoid with a bony defect seen at its antero-medial surface (reverse Hill-Sachs lesion). The greater tuberosity is avulsed as well.
Case Discussion
Posterior shoulder dislocation follows trauma with reversed Hill-Sachs and fractured greater tuberosity.
