Posterior subluxation of humeral head relative to the glenoid fossa.
In axial images show mild rounding of posteroinferior glenoid rim, with thickened posterior glenoid labrum and articular cartilage.
Mild joint effusion.
Case Discussion
Posterior shoulder dislocation, with sloping of posteroinferior glenoid rim and thickened overlying posterior labrum, suggestive mild glenoid dysplasia, which cause recurrent dislocation.
