Posterior shoulder dislocation

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

There is posterior dislocation of the humeral head. Possible glenoid margin fracture.

Case Discussion

The frontal projection is a classic plain film as the diagnosis is obvious if you are aware of the normal appearance of the glenohumeral joint.
