Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male

Frontal projection demonstrates loss of normal articulation between the glenoid and humerus, with the humeral head resembling the Light bulb sign suggesting posterior dislocation. 

Associated reverse Hill-Sachs impaction fracture of the anteromedial humeral head and Trough line sign.

Posterior glenohumeral joint dislocation is confirmed on the lateral view.

Post reduction

x-ray

Gleno-humeral joint is enlocated post-reduction. Reverse Hill-Sachs defect remains visible.
