Well-defined ovoid lesion is seen in the region of interest.
Size: 48 x 35 x 28 mm
Location:
- along the neurovascular bundle at a posterior/medial ankle
- the lesion is inseparable from the posterior tibial nerve
- the lesion is separate from tendon, bone, and joint
Morphology:
- hypoechoic
- few tiny calcification foci and tiny cysts
- vascular
Case Discussion
Surgical excision was done.
Histopathology: schwannoma.
