Bilateral hydronephrosis and hydroureter

Patient Data

Age: 1 year
Gender: Male
Fluoroscopy

Irregular outline of the urinary bladder.

During the micturition phase, significant dilatation of posterior urethra with abrupt narrowing is demonstrated.

Case Discussion

The features favor a posterior urethral valve with slight urinary bladder irregularity.
