Posterior urethral valve - antenatal ultrasound

Presentation

Gastational age - 27 wks.

Patient Data

Age: about 25 yrs
Gender: Female
Modality: Ultrasound

Typical key-hole appearance of urinary bladder when seen in long axis.

Bilateral hydronephrosis.

Two ' stomach bubbles'  are posterior to kidney and abutting them. They should be urinoma.

Case Discussion

I dont have documented post natal follow up about pathology. 

As per history provided by mother - After delivery baby was in hopsital and died at 3 mths age.
