The typical keyhole appearance of the urinary bladder. Bilateral hydronephrosis. Two ' stomach bubbles' shaped anechoic fluid collections posterior to kidneys and abutting them; which should be urinomas.
Case Discussion
Findings of bilateral hydronephrosis, bilateral perinephric urinomas, and keyhole appearance of the urinary bladder favor the posterior urethral valve.
I do not have documented post-natal follow-up about pathology. As per the history provided by the mother; after delivery baby was in the hospital and died at three months of age.
