Case Discussion
Posterior urethral valve is a common cause of obstructive uropathy in infants. Severe cases are usually diagnosed with antenatal ultrasonography. Voiding cystourethrogram (VCUG) is the modality of choice for the diagnosis of posterior urethral valves postnatally, however ultrasonography can also diagnose this entity.
