Dilated posterior urethra with a linear radiolucent band. It is associated with reflux into a dilated and tortuous ureters and dilated renal pelvis and blunted right calyceal system. The bladder shows fine trabeculae with an irregular contour.
Case Discussion
A voiding cystourethrogram is the best imaging technique for the diagnosis of posterior urethral valves.
