Posterolateral corner injury

Injury to the posterolateral ligamentous complex:
- arcuate ligament
- fibulopopliteal ligament
- anterior extension of biceps femoris tendon
Popliteus tendon and lateral collateral ligament are intact.
Bone marrow edema in the posterior aspect of tibia and fibula at the proximal tibiofibular joint
Apart from postoperative status (partial lateral meniscectomy) no abnormalities of menisci, cruciate ligaments, medial collateral ligament and cartilage.
