x-ray

A joint effusion is present. No definite fracture identified. 

ct

A small fracture of the posteromedial corner of the tibial plateau is noted with surrounding fat stranding. 

mri

Edema of the bone and soft tissues is seen posteriorly and medially involving the posteromedial corner of the tibial plateau and medial femoral condyle. A small fracture is present. Lateral meniscus also appears to have a complex tear. Features are consistent with a posteromedial corner injury of the knee.
