Known deformity of the ribs in the right hemithorax again noted. There is obscuration of the right costophrenic recess. There is a relatively rounded ~3 cm mass opacity in the posterior segment of the left lower lobe.

Marked increased FDG uptake within the left lower lobe circumscribed mass.
Case Discussion
The patient underwent lung biopsy which confirmed the mass to represent posttransplant lymphoproliferative disorder.
