Findings was changed:

There is altered signal intensity contiguously involving L1, L2, L3 vertebra &and intervening discs showing heterogenousheterogeneous enhancement associated with pedicle destruction. There are also paravertebral and large bilateral psoas abscesses (left > right) showing peripheral rim enhancement with central diffusion restriction.

There is symmetrical, diffuse disc bulge at the level of L3/L4 and L4/L5 intervertebral discslevels.

There is sacralisationSacralisation of L5 vertebra.
