Pre-axial polydactyly and clinodactyly

There is additional digit towards the first digit of the right hand (radial side). Additionally, radial angulation is present at interphalangeal joint in the radio-ulnar planes of bilateral 5th fingers.
Case Discussion
Pre-axial polydactyly is less common than post-axial polydactyly, and can be associated with Down syndrome, VATER association, Holt-Oram syndrome, Greig cephalopolysyndactyly syndrome, Carpenter syndrome, Laurin-Sandrow syndrome and Fanconi anemia.
