Preaxial polydactyly of both feet

Presentation

No functional limitation, no pain.

Patient Data

Age: 24 months
Gender: Female

There is an additional set of the metatarsal and phalanges medially. The second metatarsal is small. No definite articulation with the tarsal bones.

The second row has two phalanges. The proximal phalanx of the second row articulates with the first and second metatarsal.

Case Discussion

This case clearly demonstrates features of bilateral preaxial polydactyly of the foot.
