Sudden dysarthria and right upper limb weakness.

Patient Data

Age: 55 year old
Gender: Male

Left precentral gyrus hyper intensity with diffusion restriction.

Loss of signal of the petrous, cavernous and supraclinoid portions of the left internal carotid 


Acute left precentral gyrus infarction.

Occluded left internal carotid artery. (Red arrow)
